Illustrative budget scenarios - not final quotations

Assuming the sound estimate is per event:

  • Base plus basic sound: INR 160,000 + (2 x INR 15,000-20,000) = INR 190,000-200,000, before travel, hotel, stage and taxes.
  • Base plus full sound and engineer: INR 160,000 + (2 x INR 45,000-60,000) = INR 250,000-280,000, before travel, hotel, stage and taxes.
  • Three musicians plus full sound and engineer: INR 240,000 + (2 x INR 45,000-60,000) = INR 330,000-360,000, before travel, hotel, stage and taxes.

6. Travel, accommodation and rehearsal

  • Travel and accommodation are not included in the artist fee.
  • Yohann indicated that a minimum three-star hotel is acceptable.
  • Delhi accommodation near Taj Mansingh or the Embassy should be investigated.
  • If Eliane arrives in Delhi, Yohann and the other musicians may arrive on 13 November for rehearsal and the 14 November performance.
  • A rehearsal room and an Innova or similar vehicle may be required for musicians and equipment.
  • Eliane's travel route and whether her ticket can be changed remain open.
  • Food and local Delhi expenses were described as minor but are not yet budgeted.
