Imagine a wine born from history, woven into the evening prayers of monks and cultivated on the lush Alpine slopes of Switzerland for over eight centuries (1321). This is Completer, a vine that is not only ancient but also rare, a true enological gem hidden in the heart of Graubünden. Its name is inspired by the Latin term "completorium," referring to “Compieta” or “Compline” in English, the last prayer of the day in Christian monasteries. This moment of evening reflection evokes peace and nocturnal protection, elements that mirror the tranquility and depth of the wine itself.
