Product & producer
Well-structured wine with exceptional softness and elegance. Maturation in American oak barriques gives it sweetness and roundness. When young: intense aromas of black fruit with a light hint of vanilla. With maturity: develops more complex notes of sweet tobacco and liquorice. Very dark, intense red color.
Food pairing Easy to pair thanks to its softness; game, red meats in general, ragù, and Alpine cheeses including aged cheeses.
