Confidential cuvée aged in amphora. This Sauvignon Blanc takes me back to my first steps as a winegrower. I planted it at the beginning of my training. This grape variety has always fascinated me with its ability to express itself all over the world. What I like is its explosive character and the technical challenge it represents. It demands real precision, and that is what I appreciate: each vintage is a new adventure! Planted on the gravelly soil of the lieu-dit "Les Trésières". Its vigor is controlled by complete grass cover, allowing beautiful biodiversity. Bio Suisse certified vineyard.

Expressive nose of blackcurrant purée and elderflower. On the palate, the wine shows great delicacy, with exotic aromas of grapefruit and passion fruit. The finish is marked by a beautiful mineral note that completes the whole with elegance.
