Reserve red wine made from Bondola, an indigenous grape variety of Ticino. Aged for 12 months in second-passage Bordeaux tonneaux and in stoneware amphora. The grapes are strongly marked by the soil on which they are grown. After years of experimentation and research, the producer offers wines of great intensity and drinkability, with clear aromas and decisive flavors.

Product & producer
Ruby red of fairly light intensity with beautiful bright highlights. Elegant and mature color, very stable over time. Intense and fine nose with delicate fruit and a good oaky note, plus intriguing sanguine, saline and sweet-spice nuances. Dry, warm, persistent and harmonious on the palate, with good body and volume. Balanced between alcohol, silky tannins and medium acidity. The wood is well integrated and brings good length. The rustic characteristics of the variety are present but not invasive, making it very pleasant to drink.
Food pairing Pairs well with traditional dishes. Suitable for bold and savory flavors such as cheeses and cold cuts, as well as soups, risottos, boiled meats and roasts.
