Moraine 2025
Genossenschaft St. Jodern Kellerei
As the glaciers of the Visp Valley retreated after the last Ice Age, large amounts of moraine deposits from the Saas and Matter valleys remained in the area of Visperterminen. This is why the vineyard soils today consist predominantly of moraine slate. A refreshing summer wine, perfect for enjoying on a sunny terrace. The Pinot Noir grapes, freshly pressed and fermented at cool temperatures, give the wine its Mediterranean character and color. Served chilled in the sun, it evokes memories of a recent holiday on the Côte d’Azur.
