Product & producer
Pleasantly full, warm, robust, austere yet velvety, harmonious and ethereal, with a spicy aftertaste typical of partial ageing in wood. When young it expresses a complex, intense, rich bouquet of freshly picked ripe fruit. With maturity it develops more complex, slightly spicy and softer aromas. Deep red colour with ruby highlights that tend to fade over time.
Food pairing Soft and with silky tannins, easy to pair with red meats, ragù and alpine cheeses that are not overly aged.
