Gamay from Domaine du Manoir, planted on particularly poor marl soils in the Côtes de l'Orbe. Year after year the vines produce tiny berries responsible for the extraordinary concentration of this wine. Aged in Swiss oak barrels from the estate own cooperage. Certified organic. A rare and singular expression of the Gamay grape.
