This Chasselas from Clos du Château is a wine that touches me personally. By relearning how to use an old 1890 press, I rediscovered the magic of ancient methods. This unique plot inspired a complex wine, aged in terracotta amphora with minimal intervention. The less one intervenes, the more the wine surprises us. This Chasselas is everything I love: simplicity, respect, and authenticity.

Product & producer
Pale golden color. Very floral nose, with notes of linden blossom, exotic fruits, oranges, and grapefruit. On the palate, these aromas reappear with lovely freshness, accompanied by a pleasant bitterness on the finish, typical of the Clos du Château terroir.
